California condo association notice to vacate law for pest control

Question:

California condo association pest control resized 600

A question for California HOA regarding state code and/or laws. My condo association board of directors has decided to have termite control performed on all building units. The work is planned in sections, and requires that owners vacate the units. Is the board of directors required to give owners a specific amount of advanced notice on when this will happen to their unit? One of the owners was only given a seven day notice to vacate unit for a minimum of 3 days. Any help on this issue would be much appreciated.
