Question:
I am the President of a 15 unit condo association that is part of a 79 condo unit complex. Fannie Mae has denied our loan because we have two condo units that are not built on. The master deed says these units may not be built, but Fannie Mae says this exceeds the maximum of 10% unbuilt condo units.
I have hired an attorney, and am also curious if anyone else has had this issue. If so, how was it resolved?
