Which association types statistically have the least problems?

I'm looking to move out of my condo, since I hate this condo so much! If I move to another condo, what kinds of condos/condo complexes, statistically, have been shown as very few problems, and with lots of problems? (Examples: Attached condos? High rise condos? Unattached condos: A large number of condo residents? A small number of condo residents?)
