Question:
Should
an entire HOA Board have access to the Management office and files at all times? It
would seem not to be an issue, but we have, in fact, had HOA board members take
parking passes and one we suspect even stole a thumb drive. The president has
changed the locks with only he and the manager now have keys but other HOA board
members are now challenging that. Thanks, Steve.
