Questions about condo association getting new property management

Question:

Our Florida condo association is not happy with our current Property Management company. Can the board vote to change the management company with out a vote of everybody or does that have to be in the board or annual meeting. Does the board have to get multiple bids/proposals for management? If the board called a special meeting does the old management company have to know about the upcoming change. I looked at the statues but was not sure where to find this information because I can not find it in our governing documents. Could you point me to the right statues so I can back up my answer to the board. Our condo association board does not want our current Management Company to know we are wanting to change. Is there a way of getting around them knowing? Thank you so much for your time.
