Our condo association president hired a property management company to help out. He did not consult with the other board members about who to hire. She has been lying to homeowners and hires only people she wants in here(she was hired to manage the bills and inform homeowners with updates) She has taking over and no matter what the board decides she over rules them. She will not show proof of of quotes, bids, and invoices. We are a small association of 19 condos and our bylaws are very vague of anything about what procedure is. The President of the board is the only one who wants to keep her. How can we as homeowners in the association over rule and get out of contract with her. Thank you for any help
