Property manager requires their approval of all condo docuements

Question:

Our management company told our condo board that any documents (pet/car registration forms, architectural change forms, proxies, newsletters, etc) must be reviewed and approved by them before we can post them on our website (which they host). If they don't approve, they said they must design their own forms and documents. The Board feels that only our attorneys need to review and approve any documents/forms created by the Board for use with the COUO, and the property manager should not dictate which forms we us, so long as they are approved by legal council. We suspect the management company insists on doing this because they want to charge us for their time to review and create our documents. Do you have any guidance? What do you advise?
