Can HOA charge same owner late fees every month for dues owed?

I live in Florida and we have a unit owner who is routinely a few months behind in monthly fees. Our documents say we may charge a late fee. My question is, can we charge a late fee on top of previous late fees for every month that the fees are paid? June has not been paid. So can we charge additional late fees in July, Aug, Sept, for that non payment of June?
