Condo board tries to remove property manager with criminal record

Question:

Two problems. We recently held our annual meeting. Several members were concerned about our property managers recent arrest and other legal problems. We wanted new business added to the agenda and requested it via email to the president and the property manager. We wanted to make a formal motion to discuss the property manager and possibly have a vote to remove her. Our president said that new business had no place in our annual meeting and refused to allow for it. At the meeting we were greeted with a sign on the door informing us that no recording of the meeting was allowed and that nobody could speak unless callled by the president. They had a police officer present. We were intimidated. After the agenda was completed and the results from the voting for board members was announced then the meeting was closed without opportunity to ask questions or anything. What should we do about this?
