The board issued a new assessment but has never provided any paperwork


Question:

This question is submitted by Laura P. out of Rhode Island

Our main residence is in Rhode Island, but we have a condo in Bradenton, Fl. We have heard that the board issued a new assessment but has never provided any paperwork regarding the assessment. We are in RI due to health concerns and no matter what I do to request the paperwork be sent to our RI location, no one will send us the paperwork for the assessment. What can we do to get this paperwork? Thank you for your help.
