The Condo will replace the pipe but not the rest as it is considered decoration!


Question:

This question is submitted by Christopher G. out of Florida

We have a broken common sewer pipe that passes under our wall and cabinets. The pipe needs to be replaced. Who is responsible for the repair of our tile floor, wall, and cabinets that need to be removed? Our condo says they will replace the pipe the rest is on us as it is considered "decoration". Help, please!
