My HOA refuses to cut hedges along my patio. They are so overgrown 9’ high, almost reaching my second-story balcony. They are blocking the only natural light resource to my first floor. I have complained over and over but when the landscaping company comes out they only trim where my AC unit is located.
Thoughts?
