The neighbor with 5 birdfeeders on the common property

This question is submitted by Kathy E. out of New Jersey

I live in a 55+ community and I have a neighbor who has 5 birdfeeders in the back of her house on the common property. These birds are eating at her house and crapping at mine. I have been to the board several times and nothing. Is there anything I can do? I don't want to approach her because we will argue. Help!
