The owners cannot access any of the Board members' phone numbers or email addresses. The Property Management Company refuses to provide this information. We have not had a Board/Owner meeting in four months and some repairs must be done.
Our monthly assessment checks are payable to the Property Management Company, not the Condo Association even though I had indicated that the payment should be made to the association. I do not even know who the new President is. Comments, please. Thank you.
