Question:
We live in a town home with a board of directors & HOA fees each month.
I came home today to find that they removed all the trees in our backyard and now we have no privacy.
I understand that this is external and we do not own it, but shouldn't the board have made us aware this was occurring?
We are very upset, but not sure if we have control of the situation since it's external. Any advice?
