Trees next to condo are a storm liability

Question:

How does one get the condo board to cut dangerous trees around your unit? 

Board claims they have no money. However with the recent storms there are many downed trees throughout the complex.

We are worried that the huge tress next to out unit will fall on our unit during a storm.
