Our docs call for NO business advertising allowed on any property in our deed restricted sub-division. Our board refusing to enforce this rule. We have12 property owners that bring home trucks with company advertising on them and refuses to park them in the garage and parks them in the driveway. What can be done to correct this problem Our board admits that they are lax on enforcing it. For a very short time they made a few property owners who have commercial lettering on truck to cover the lettering, how ever the board President now has a commercial truck and they refuse to enforce the the rule. What can be done?
