We are going through transition and have a new homeowner board of directors. However, this BOD will not tell us anything that the attorneys are doing on our behalf telling us it is attorney/client confidential. As we the homeowners are their client, is it proper for the BOD to withhold this information. Also, does the management firm or the BOD have to submit bills to us homeowners if we request them? This BOD appears very power hungry and is not listening to us. They won't even get rid of the current management company which is taking us for way too much money. Any direction is appreciated.
