We have a crooked condo president


Question:

If the entire BOD knows for a fact that the president is doing illegal things with common charge money (upgrading her unit, new roof, etc.) and they do nothing about it, does this make them just as guilty? There is nothing about this in our by laws and want some information before we start the process of pressing charges.
