What are my legal rights to removing lien?

Question:

An original condo association went defunct and now couple of my neighbors started one.  They did not provide me documentation, vote,  financials etc, and then had a lawyer file a lien on my property for insurance premiums for last 3 years prior to their filing at state of Ohio.  What are my legal rights to get it removed and who regulates condo associations in Ohio? The attorney representing this group refuses to answer or provide documents I requested and has filed an improper lien. I might lose buyer who is wanting to buy now since they will not disclose information regarding financials of the group they formed.
