What if association financial statements have errors?

Question:

Is it ok for a co-op in Florida to send out monthly statements of actual vs budget spending with errors if the post "statement is for review and discussion purposes only"? I thought all financial statements must be accurate. They are charging to answer me if I question the errors. They will not send out a revised, corrected statement and I am not sure they are correcting these errors. Should they be sending out statements that are not correct and if they make a change, should revised statements be sent automatically?
