Knowing that our HOA is not likely to get to 100% funded any time soon per our 2019 Reserve Study, What % do most HOA Boards consider to be adequate funding using the Cash Flow Methodology ? I am going to be satisfied if we can get to and maintain 50%, but what do others feel is a comfortable % level ??... Thank you... Kevin, California
