I am a Trustee in a small condo association in MA consisting of only 9 units. We are considering a transition from 3rd party management to self-management for many reasons that I won't go into right now.
We are looking at strategies for self-managing the day-to-day of the three key dimensions: financials, compliance, and maintenance.
Should we take it all on, or perhaps outsource one to a 3rd party?
Are there online service providers that can help with self-management?
