What should we do, landscaping dilemma!


Question:

This question is submitted by Judith R. out of Nottingham, MD

Is it advantageous to use our contracted maintenance lawn and landscape company for removing old shrubbery and planting new? There is a conflict among our board about getting 3 estimates for this work, but what about the relationship we have with our current lawn & landscape company? If we get other prices, will they be insulted?
