Where can we go for help if we have been without an elevator since 2021?


Question:

This question is submitted by Madeline C. out of New Jersey

We have been without an elevator since September of 2021 due to Hurricane Ida. We have seniors and handicapped individuals living in the condo units. I've tried to get information from our Management office, but no answer or updates. We have waited long enough. Where can we go for help or who can we contact to get this issue resolved? We are in the state of New Jersey. Please, give me some advice!
