Who is responsible for repair work in Florida condo?

Question:

Concrete restoration is going on in my condominium. The concrete work will entail entering some units to repair the spalling of the concrete. Question: what is the Florida Statute that clarifies the condo's responsibility regarding bringing back the unit to its original condition after the concrete work is finished. In other words, what is the condo's responsibility to the unit owner when it comes to this type of work entering the unit.
