Who is responsible for a broken water line. I don't know how this happened, but i have a busted water line that is under my Condo. The water line leaves my hot water heater passes through the concrete foundation and then goes to the various locations that us water. Bathroom, laundry, etc... When it gets to these locations the lines travel back up through the foundation, into the walls and hooked up to what ever requires water. Usually if something happens in the Condo i have to Pay . The cracked/ broken water line is not in my Condo . Who pays?
