Can condo meetings be scheduled without agenda?

Question:

Can a board of directors post one notice of the meetings of the board in one notice saying they will be on the Xth day of the month for the year. Stating each day. This does not say what the topic each meeting will be. Just the dates for the year. Noting the separate date for the annual meeting.
