A new Board was voted in last year and have declared we have "No Limited Common Elements since they are not shown on the Plat"
They are using our Reserve Funds for ALL outside repairs (including driveways, patios, windows, etc.).
They have not voted on a Budget for 2015 and now saying they will have to raise our Monthly Maintenance Fee to cover the cost of these expenses.
What can the Homeowners do to stop this irresponsible spending of our Reserve Funds?
Where can we file a Complaint and can the Board be held responsible for non-compliance of our Declaration and By-Laws? Thank you.
