Who will provide us property insurance without gas or charcoal grill restrictions?

Question:

I live in condo in Wallingford, CT 06492.
Our Association recently renewed our Insurance Policy and the are two.new restrictions.
1. No charcoal grills are allowed at all. Not even in the backyard on a grass and away from the building.
2. Gas grills are not allowed on the deck.

We were told, that no insurance company would allow charcoal grills any more.
Is it true?  If not - do you know companies, we can get insurance from without restrictions # 1 and 2?
