Question:
We just recently purchased a condo. Our HOA now wants increase our dues by 17%.
Also, they gave us a bill for a portion of the roof of the common area that we don't have access to, which was roofed about 8 months before we bought.
The roof states our portions as almost $1000. Also, they say our portion is 29%, even though our square footage is less than some of the others.
