Seller wants information from condo association on recent improvements

Question:

I just sold my condo.  I have been trying to get the association to give me data on monies they spent to improve my unit after the building settled so I can add to my base cost, plus information on what was spent to improve the buildings (roof, etc). The association has not responded. What legal rights do I have to get this information.  I had a unit in the association for 28 years.
