Do I need insurance to do paid work for my condo association?


Question:

Can my condo board hire me, an owner, to do general light cleaning around the building? If so am I required to have some kind of insurance? I have created a Property Management business and my board wants to hire me as their property manager and I also want to provide the cleaning service myself. I do not have any other employees. Can they hire me for both of these services and am I required to have insurance? I am in Florida.
