Question:
I live in a small townhome development of 12 buildings. There are two homeowners per building structure.
We have experienced water coming from a basement wall. It appears the basement wall is cracked all the way through, and the water is coming in from the crack.
Can this crack be considered structural? Is it the responsibility of the HOA to repair the crack and to reimburse us for water damage to the basement?
