Any liability to association for hosting neighborhood block party?

We want to host a block party for our neighborhood on our condo association property.  What insurance do we need?  Would we be covered under our master insurance policy?  I see you can buy event insurance - is that applicable?  We do not want any liabilities related to hosting this party since its on our property.  Chicago.
