There is mistrust between some owners and our management company, particularly when it comes to election results. Currently, our manager has sole control over vote counting.
Do you have a suggestion for having a "secret" ballot that does not identify the owner, ensures only one ballot per home, and allows for interested candidates to be present for the counting of the votes?
