I sent an e-mail to the management company advising them "the monthly fee statements are received repeatedly around the 3rd or 4th day of the month" whereas the due date indicates 1st of the month.
I asked to take note of that and that they should send the statements out earlier.
the response I received was:
"the statements are sent out as a courtesy!"
Hence, if the hoa does not send the monthly fee statements out in a timely manner or not at all I have to accept that? is that legal?
I pay all my bills as they come in with check because I got hacked a couple times and have no desire going through that again. please help!
Thoughts?
