Board in IL will not hand over documents

Question:

Our condo board hired a new management company three months ago.

condo-meeting-minutes.jpgNo manager has been hired to date to be on premises. We have an "acting" manager part time. There is no communication.

Our board has not sent any information, or posted meeting minutes in over 4 months.

I have asked to view contract that was signed, and copies of minutes. What is legal ramification if the board won't supply these documents?
