Can a Condo Association Force You to Let Contractors Store Scaffolding on Your Patio?

My condo is Bottom floor/large patio of 10+ tower. There is a lengthy EFIS repair project starting soon - do I have to let the contractor store their scaffolding on my patio after working hours/weekends?
