Question:
My mail is being held at the post office because the manager of my condo association refuses to move the mailbox to a safe secure location for the usps mail carrier.
They will not fix the problem until spring, so they can move it outside onto a concrete slab. I was not given any notification that the mail would stop being delivered.
Can I hold back rent or my association fee until the problem is fixed?
