Condo destroyed by fire; frustrated owner wants to sue them all

Question:

condo-fire-marylandMy condo was destroyed by fire in December. No repairs have been done to date by the contractor hired by the board. It is located in Anne Arundel County, MD.

I informed property management in June that I wanted to hire my own contractor and they agreed to provide necessary accounting info regarding how much money the board would give me, minus what the master policy holder has already advanced to the contractor hired by the board.

I still want to hire my own contractor, but I am thwarted at every turn by the property management company. The board has said nothing to me, nor have they done anything about the lack of action by the contractor. My condo is very small and work should have been completed in 75 days or less.

I want to sue the board, the property management office and the contractor, but am not sure if this is the best way to proceed. What are my options?
