Condo Owner Rents Out Unit But Still Swims in Pool


Question:

We have a condo owner who rents out his unit and does not live on the property anymore. Yet he continues to swim in the condo pool.

Didn't he give up rights to use common areas, including the pool, when he rented out his unit? I believe his renters now have the right to use the pool, not the owner.
