Question:
Some mobile homes in my friend's mobile home park are being ruined by huge trees.
They are very old trees, and they are pulling up a mobile home off the ground. The tree roots have destroyed sewer lines and have caused chaos among the Canadian board.
These trees are on private shares. The HOA, which is a joke, refuses to allow us to remove these trees.
We are going to wait until they leave for the summer. We will all then have the trees removed at the share holders expense.
We figure the Canadians will be mad but the trees will be gone. Is this a good idea legally? That HOA hates Americans.
