Do we need to show financials to delinquent owner?

We have a homeowner that is delinquent in their dues. In fact, 8 years of delinquency. We also had to take them to court for violations within our community (Florida). We have received a request from them, requesting access to our books (A - Z). Are they entitled to see them since they are delinquent? NOTE: They owe 25K to us.
