Does good property management effect condo resale values?


Question:

We, the board of our association of 98 condos, is considering hiring a management company so we held a Q&A time to help co-owners understand why. We actually had more people show up than we did at our annual meeting! The biggest concern was what is it going to cost us and will dues be increased. One co-owner asked if having a management company would help a condo sell. (Would it have a positive effect on condo resale value)
Any thoughts??
