We have dog owners fined $1000 because their dog enclosures are considered fences and fences are not allowed. This was dictated by one homeowner who did not like the puppy who lived across the street and complained that the "fence" distorted her view and she didn't like the barking.
The board promptly arranged a meeting to inform homeowners they would be fined if they did not take their fences (none higher than 32" high). Most are not even seeable. This is only one item they have decided to fine. Please, help.
