Question:
My condo association required me to pay for a fence to put around my yard.
They tore it down and put up new fences, vinyl ones. They made me pay for a back fence I already paid for.
One neighbor took them to small claims court and won.
They won't have to pay for their new fence. Nothing has been said about reimbursement to people who had paid for back fences.
Should I proceed with a filing in small claims?
