Georgia condo complex wants to stop nearby apartment residents from cutting through

Our condos are located near an apartment complex. Over the past few years residents of the apartments have made a path to cut through our property to access public transportation.

I had installed a fence to stop this traffic, but the wrought iron fence was cut so they could continue to pass through.

Does anyone have any ideas for a permanent solution to this continual headache for our community?
