We are fully aware of the issue that is going on with the comments that are being posted.
This issue is not on our end, but on the end of our service provider. We have been in talks with them for the past few days and are trying to resolve this issue as quickly as we can. Unfortunately, when it comes to these tech bugs it can take lots of trial and error, as well as loads of time before they are fixed.
I cannot go into much detail, but we have been told that our site is not the only one experiencing this issue, and the this comment bug is marked as the highest priority fix request in their queue.
Thank you all for you help and we will keep you posted when we find a solution.
