Everyone too elderly to sit on condo board

I am a member of a 32 unit condo association. 10 units are owned and rented out by one non-resident owner. Four other units are leased out by non-resident owners. We must find a new president, secretary and treasurer in the next few months. Because of the elderly ages of several other owners the available candidates are almost non existing. Can anyone suggest how to proceed?
